Key product features:
• The main features are the same as those of CO2 open-type piston compressor units;
• Leverages the existing refrigeration system for heat rejection, implements total heat recovery, and efficiently recovers energy while reducing the original system’s energy consumption;
• Compressor design pressure: 6.6 MPa; maximum outlet water temperature: +85°C (adjustable between +55°C and +85°C based on actual requirements);
• Uses natural, environmentally friendly refrigerant NH3, with a charge of less than 100 kg; the system is completely isolated from the existing refrigeration system to prevent lubricant mixing.
• The evaporator, condenser, subcooler, and regenerator all utilize plate-and-shell heat exchangers, which not only ensure reliable operation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions but also enhance heat-transfer efficiency and improve compressor performance.
• The main motor is equipped with variable-frequency control, offering excellent load-following performance.
• All valves and instrumentation are DANFOSS brand, ensuring stable automatic operation and regulation of the unit;
• The overall COP can reach 6.8 (for the heat pump unit alone, excluding the preheating heat exchanger);
• Leveraging more than two decades of design and operational experience in Europe by Japan’s Maekawa MYCOM, we offer comprehensive solutions to address key high-temperature heat pump challenges, such as condensation prevention and oil balance.
